STEP recognizes ABC member companies who consistently excel in the field of safety, but more importantly it provides an evaluation tool to help identify areas to improve a company’s safety program.

Day Company by establishing a baseline to build our program.  By working with the Associated Builders and Contractors organization and their STEP program, we were able to establish a foundation to build a better and more organized approach to our existing safety program. We look forward to continuing our engagement and partnership with ABC/GMCA in business, education, and safety. This recognition for our efforts in safety helps us verify that we are doing the right things to ensure our team leaves work in the same condition they arrived.”
